Ananth Swaminath

Ananth is a senior management executive, strategist, design thinker, technologist, coach and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in business & digital strategy, brand & customer experience, social innovation, design thinking, business transformation, and value engineering, across EMEA and APAC. He has been helping boards, leaders, teams, and organisations achieve dramatic, sustainable results - by helping them master and balance strategy, innovation, culture and pragmatic execution as they scale. Ananth brings a wealth of experience covering public, private and social sectors – from start-ups to global Fortune 50 firms. Industry segments include Logistics, Retail & CPG, E-commerce, EPC, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Manufacturing, Higher Education, and more.
In some of his earlier experiences, he was a board member & CEO of DTDC's retail logistics business (one of India’s largest networked logistics companies, and Geopost-DPD Group ( India partner), Vice President (Innovation & Operations Consulting) at IBM Asia, Global Head of strategy & business development at Emirates National Oil Company (a US$ 50 Bn corporation). Presently, Ananth is the Founder & CEO at The Kaffee Partnership (, a boutique design thinking & growth consulting firm.
Ananth is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, and a certified coach in Exponential Organisations (ExO.Works) and is also Member & Consultant at OpenExO ( - the world's largest business transformation ecosystem


Tushar Deochakke

Tushar Deochakke has over 20 years of professional experience in the Real Estate Industry in Canada, USA and India. He has managed entire Real Estate Investment and Development Cycles from Market Research and Competition Analysis, to Strategic Sale of assets.
Mr. Deochakke began his career in Corporate Planning and Projects division of a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise working on projects in South Asia and Middle East region. After immigrating to Canada, he worked at Smart Centres, Calloway REIT and in New York for Hedge Fund Alden Global Capital. He returned to India to work for the Family Office of the Fund Manager – Randal Smith where he held board positions for real estate companies and advised various clients on real estate and infrastructure asset transactions.
An alumnus of Senior Executive Leadership Program – Harvard Business School, Mr. Deochakke graduated as Civil Engineer from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya, S.P. University, India in 1995, PG Diploma from NICMAR – Delhi, India in 1997 and MBA (Finance) and PG Diploma in Real Property from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada in 2006. Mr. Deochakke is a Canadian Citizen and Overseas Citizen of India.

Sooraj Mundayat

Sooraj Mundayat is a global business & technology leader, an entrepreneur, angel investor and a corporate strategist with 18+ years’ experience in building offshore businesses & startups that can scale and drive value. In his past roles, he has successfully helped in launching several start-ups in the technology and e-commerce sector in India. He is currently on the advisory board for few startups primarily supporting their strategy, funding, growth & operations.
His core industry focus is in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom and Logistics industries.
He is an alumnus of Senior Executive Leadership Program – Harvard Business School, Boston and currently heads the professional services & operations for APAC & EMEA region for a US based company in Bangalore.


Gopinath Menon

Gopinath Menon  is a senior management executive and strong in the Air and surface  logistic business. Has a strong background  in Sales and Marketing ,brand building ,customer experience,  business transformation with over 40 years of experience  He started his career with  Madura Coats LTD  based out of Kerala during the period 1975 – 1981 as a Sub Manager. Later joined Patel Roadways as a Branch Manager and moved up as a Zonal Manager during the period 1981 - 1991.
In 1992  he joined Blue Dart Express as a Regional Manager for  South 2 and rose to the level of Sr. Vice President Southern Division. His contribution to the organizations achievement was  dramatic with sustainable results . Between the period 1992 -2016 he stirred the Southern Region to overachieve the company’s sales targets  with a focus  on Service Quality . He  brings a wealth of experience   in the Express logistics space which includes developing the Aircargo Business for Blue Dart Express Ltd.
